Pomona College | Guest Lecture

THEA 030 & THEA 141, Professor Lindsay Jenkins. Lectured both the World Theatre 1 and Dramaturgy courses on Shakespeare in performance, devised theatre, and dramaturgy in practice.

USC | Closing Guest Lecture

MDA 330, Dr. Shushan Karapetian. Gave the closing lecture breaking down contemporary narratives on inclusivity and activism both within and in solidarity with the Armenian community.

 

USC | Facilitator & Panelist

Facilitated the Empower: Students, Arts, and Activism panel, mixer, and catalyst for USC students. This Arts in Action event was part of the University's Visions and Voices Initiative.

LA Theatre Summit | Speaker

Honored to hold space on the Mark Taper Forum stage at the first ever LA Theatre Summit hosted by Center Theatre Group. I spoke on behalf of the Los Angeles Anti-Racist Theatre Standards, in addition to representing ISC and Blklst.

 

Center Theatre Group | Speaker

Led an audition workshop for current college students and recent graduates as part of Center Theater Group's Going Pro Career Fair. I shared the expectations, required equipment, ethical concerns,  and tips & tricks for film, television, commercial, and theatre auditions.

Spoke to current college students and recent graduates as part of Center Theater Group's Going Pro Festival closing forum Don't Dream It. Be it. featuring Julyza Commodore and myself as young professional game changers in the LA theater community.

Bright Half Life | Opening Remarks

Represented Support Black Theatre as part of the talkback Acting Black While Queer facilitated by Sydney Rogers which followed a performance of The Road Theatre's Bright Half Life.

Women's Theatre Festival | Panelist

I was a featured panelist at the 2021 National Women’s Theatre Festival Convention's Big Changes & Resilience panel, which explored how to redefine, and stand in your resilience in times of social reckoning.

Skylight Theatre | Panelist

I spoke on Skylight Theatre's panel FREEDOM: “A Look Back/A Look Forward” alongside Celia Mandela Rivera and Kristina Wong, moderated by Lee Sherman.

Sites of Fracture | Panelist

I spoke on panel moderated by curators Mashinka Hakopian, Ara Oshagan, and Anahid Oshagan which featured artists from Sites of Fracture: Diasporic Imaginings of Occupied Artsakh and explored how diasporic cultural workers can intervene in a crisis at a distance.
